Nuclear bombs are weapons of mass destruction.   Elon Musk has secured a $ 46.5 billion funding commitment to acquire Twitter and plans to open a bid to buy its shares, a US regulatory filing said Thursday. Musk himself promised to provide $ 33.5 billion to fund this transaction. This includes $ 21 billion in equity and $ 12.5 billion in margin loans. Banks, including Morgan Stanley, have agreed to provide another $13 billion in debt secured against Twitter itself, according to the filing.
